Shipping Policy

We know you can't wait to get your new goodies so we'll dispatch your order within 1-3 working days of the order being placed. If there is any delay we'll contact you to let you know.

 We'll dispatch your order using Australia Post Standard Air Mail (no tracking). That's how we can keep our shipping costs so low!

 If you'd prefer some peace of mind then Registered Post (Insurance) is available upon request.. Of course, this will attract a higher shipping cost, but we'll confirm that with you before charging you.

 Please note: If you choose standard mail you will not be able to track your item. We'll make every effort to assist you in finding your parcel in the very unlikely event that it does go missing, but Bobby Trouble can not be held responsible for delivery once the item has been shipped. Items shipped via Registered Post will be covered by Australia Post's shipping policies.

Shipping charges also include the cost of packaging your parcel carefully to ensure it gets to you safely and in one piece as well as the actual cost of postage! Shipping charges are calculated on dimensions of the item. If your parcel is wider than 20mm it will automatically attract the Large Parcel shipping cost. If your item needs to be posted in a satchel (larger items such as jewellery boxes, or fabric items that cannot be posted as a letter) then your item will automatically attract the Satchel shipping cost.
